If you have diabetes, you are invited to a FREE SESSION with a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).

A CDE is a healthcare professional who has been certified in diabetes education by the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE). The requirements include a minimum of two years professional practice experience in diabetes and 1,000 hours of diabetes education experience.

Your family and friends are welcome to join you at this session.
