What should I expect when I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  The front desk reception will greet you and make a copy of your Photo ID and Insurance Card.  You will have a time to familiarize yourself with our Self Check-In, Phreesia tablet and pay your co-pay if necessary.

Shortly thereafter you will be called back to the exam room by a medical assistant, who will take your vitals and make sure you are ready for the doctor to see you.

What should I expect after my appointment is completed?

Before you leave the office, your doctor or nurse practitioner will provide you with detailed paperwork that includes:

  • Reference material for any conditions that were discussed: blood pressure, weight management, circulatory issues, etc
  • Any orders for Lab or other tests that are recommended
  • Instructions for follow up appointments and timing

You can book your follow up appointment at the front desk before you leave.
