How to set up your new portal account - for an individual patient

Do you manage a patient portal for someone else? 

Step 2 

  • ​Enter your name, date of birth and contact information.

Starting April 16, 2024, CMP will be using Athena Healthcare for our electronic healthcare records and our patient portal. For more information,  please see our FAQs here.

Athena makes it easy to manage accounts for others - for instance pediatric patients or adults who have a guardian or family member overlooking their care.

CMP staff will be glad to help you set up a third-party access account.

You can start your account at your next office visit or you can call 410-964-8500 Monday - Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.

  • Create your new password.
  • Your password must be 8-20 characters and include one upper and one lowercase letter and one number or symbol

  • Click Sign up today to create a new account.

Once you create your new portal account you might be interested in using Athena's free mobile app to access your patient portal.

  • Make sure you have fully completed the patient portal registration process.
  • Log into the  athenaPatient app with the email and password for your patient portal account.
