Important Update: Temporary Lab Hours and Appointment Policy

We would like to inform our patients that the Columbia Medical Practice Laboratory is currently operating on a temporary schedule and is available by appointment only.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Please note that the lab was previously open Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM for both walk-in and scheduled visits. During this temporary schedule, walk-in services are not available.

To ensure timely service, we kindly ask that all patients schedule a lab appointment in advance.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make these temporary adjustments.

CMP LAB accepts most major insurance plans.  

(Insurance plans not accepted: OneNet, Optimum Choice and United HC-MDIPA.)

Your provider will confirm your eligibility when you receive your order for lab work.
