During your first visit, the dietitian will review your health history, lifestyle, goals, movement patterns, and typical food choices.  Together you will create a plan that fits your lifestyle and comfort level.

Suggestions may include dietary habits to work on, exercise goals, meal and snack ideas, and/or product suggestions.  The dietitian will help you succeed with small, sustainable changes that fit your pace and preferences.

Balanced nutrition is a foundation for optimal health.  Yet there’s so much nutrition information out there that it’s confusing to know what’s accurate and best for you.

RDNs are your trusted source for science-based food and nutrition information.  They are licensed and credentialed practitioners who can provide a personalized dietary plan for a medical condition or a wellness objective.

Our focus at CMP is to help you achieve your health and wellness goals using a holistic approach through the science of nutrition.  Our dietitian works in partnership with you to create a customized wellness strategy based on your health history, lifestyle and personal preferences.  Follow-up visits are scheduled to provide support and accountability in helping you achieve sustainable and lasting change.

Our mask policy

CMP no longer mandates mask-wearing for patients or employees.  However, we still highly recommend wearing masks to prevent the spread of respiratory diseases while in close indoor settings.

If you have respiratory symptoms, we urge you to consider the health of others around you and wear a mask. If you do not have a mask with you, our staff can provide one.

After careful consideration and extensive research, we've chosen Athena as our new electronic health record system. This transition is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your overall patient experience.
